About the Role
Blue Vale Lifetech LLP is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Mumbai.
This is a field sales role, ideal for a fresher or early-career candidate who is passionate about aquaculture, ornamental fish, aquarium products, pet care, and sales.
The candidate will be responsible for visiting aquarium shops, pet stores, dealers, distributors, breeders, and other potential customers across the assigned territory, introducing Blue Vale’s products, generating orders, developing new accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit aquarium shops, pet stores, dealers, distributors, breeders, and other potential customers regularly.
- Introduce and explain Blue Vale’s brands and products, including Teraa, Borneo, Superfish, Leas, and other relevant product ranges.
- Generate new customers and develop existing accounts within the assigned territory.
- Take orders and follow up with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, dealers, breeders, and other customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
- Introduce new products and drive product placement at retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market activity.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with distributors, internal sales teams, operations, and other departments for smooth order execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across Blue Vale’s product portfolio.
- Participate in product demonstrations, retailer education, exhibitions, and other sales and marketing activities when required.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Minimum B.Sc. degree in Zoology, Fisheries/Fishery Science, Aquaculture, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Fluent Marathi, Hindi communication skills are mandatory. English will be an added advantage
- Preferably a local Marathi candidate with good knowledge of Mumbai and surrounding markets.
- Passion or interest in aquariums, ornamental fish, aquaculture, pet care, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Comfortable with field sales and regular travel within the assigned territory.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Energetic, confident, self-motivated, and comfortable approaching new customers.
- Willingness to learn about products and develop strong product knowledge.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM or sales-tracking tools.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
